All sales of Cross-Cultural Intelligence are final. Due to the nature of physical book sales, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at singh@singhadr.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
